  • Carry your reusable water bottle with you every day.
  • When dining out for “on-your-own” evening meals, select fewer meats and more plant-based items. Eat in-season, fresh, local, minimally-processed foods.
  • Take right-sized servings from buffets to reduce plate waste.
  • Place your compostable food waste in designated containers at Pre-conference Tour lunches.
  • Take advantage of the vegetarian and vegan offerings.
  • Put all compostable and recyclable materials in the designated bins.
  • Return any unwanted items from your Welcome Bag to the Swap Table.
  • Walk or carpool to the Conference Center every day.
  • Decline fresh hotel towels and bed linens or re-use your towels wherever you’re staying.
  • Visit our Environmental Stewardship booth.
  • Participate in our Green Challenge.
