There will be no getting lost at this conference as the Overland Park Convention Center (OPCC) is easy to navigate. Within minutes you will have your bearings. The OPCC is the perfect fit for a conference of our size.

Named the Best Small Conference Center in North America for three years in a row by Exhibitor Magazine, you will quickly discover how convenient all activities will be to locate. The main ballroom, location of meals, keynote speakers, and evening activities are all located on the upper floor adjacent to the trade show.

Classrooms are numbered, and are located in a single row a short ride down the escalator or the elevator below the ballroom. If you are staying at the Sheraton Hotel, it is just a few steps away, either by enclosed or covered walkway. You can easily stroll to any session or the comfort of your room in minutes. Our two other hotels, the Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn are just around the corner, within a one block walking distance.

Six meals are included in your registration and the OPCC is known for its quality food service. The head chef has worked with Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay, and at the White House. Our food committee is carefully selecting delicious menus for the conference.

Free WIFI is provided throughout the center so you can stay in touch. The OPCC is spacious and provides ample seating areas to relax with friends or check your email.

Driving to the conference? The OPCC has ample parking and best of all it is FREE. Yes, free parking at a major conference center and parking is FREE at the Sheraton Hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn. There is even covered parking at the Sheraton!

Like most convention and banquet halls they tend to be on the cool side so don’t forget to bring along your favorite sweater or jacket so you can sit back, relax, and take in all the new ideas and information you will gain by attending IMGC 2023.
